Mayan Copal sell current stock online only on mayancopal.com and special events to be announced.
2.- Can I make a custom order or wholesale order?
Custom orders and wholesale orders are always appreciated and we will respond to each inquiry with minimum purchase and time frame requirements. Please contact sales@mayancopal.com with any questions that you may have about special orders and wholesale orders.
1.- When is my order shipped?
We ship within 1 business day, with the exception of holidays.
2.- How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic orders. Shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days.
International packages will take typically 2-4 weeks to arrive to their destination. Please feel free to email us if there is anything we can further assist you with.
3.- What shipping carriers do you use?
We use the United State Postal Service and MexPost Service (MexPost Service will be used to ship some of our Amber Stones and select Folk Art directly from our office in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico).
4.- How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at sales@mayancopal.com
